Over 16,000 highly trained volunteers support the delivery of the Citizens Advice service nationally. Our volunteers come from a range of backgrounds and find volunteering rewarding, challenging and fun.

Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent has a team of around 30 volunteers at any one time. They fill a range of roles and we are always looking for new people to join our team.

We pay volunteer travel expenses. Some roles are more flexible than others. We’ll do our best to find a role for you that fits in with your interests, and we’ll be as flexible as possible in enabling you to volunteer at the times that suit you best.


New vacancy!! Volunteer Admin - Biddulph Office

We are looking for one or more administration volunteers to provide admin support to our advisers at Biddulph Town Hall. The office is staffed on Mondays and Wednesdays with a drop-in each morning from 10.30am to 1pm and pre-booked appointments in the afternoons.

Where: Citizens Advice Office, Biddulph Town Hall, High St, Biddulph, ST8 6AR.

When: Minimum of one morning or afternoon per week (3 hours) on a Monday and / or Wednesday.
